Zhongying Kangkanggu is located in the core area of Binjiang District, Hangzhou City, surrounded by high-tech enterprises, mature communities, and high-end office buildings, enjoying a strong commercial atmosphere. The total construction area of the project is about 130,000 square meters. It plans to construct 7 main buildings. The plane functions of Building #1 focuses on hotels, offices and commercial purposes, that of #2, #3, #4 and #5 focuses on intelligent commercial streets, and that of #6 and #7 focuses on smart and finely decorated serviced apartments.

As a core project of the District Government and the whole Binjiang District, and a dense residential area, Zhongying Kangkanggu has a population density of about 300,000 within a two-kilometer radius. There are at least a dozen neighborhoods, boosting a strong demand for community services and facilities. This also brings a strong demand for catering service. The project introduced a swathes of social catering brands, including some cuisine brands that generate heavy smoke during cooking such as Sichuan cuisine, Hunan cuisine, convenient food stalls and barbecue.

After the field survey, our technicians made a comprehensive consideration for the project operation, equipment installation conditions, post-maintenance and maintenance work. The final plan was determined to carry out district-based centralized management and overall rectifications for small restaurant merchants of the overall project. SUPAR finally was recognized in terms of solutions, quality and services, and became the supplier of oil fume purifier and odor treatment equipment for the renovation project. Since the renovation and treatment of the oil fume emission project, there have been no complaints about oil fume. The data of the oil fume online detection system is normal and above the required standards. The actual oil fume emission and odor purification effect on site have been unanimously praised and affirmed.

Analysis of the Selected Equipment for the Project

SUPAR TITAN low-altitude emission series provide low-altitude emission solutions for podiums, pedestrian streets, and commercial plazas.

TITAN uses a cutting-edge dual-stage structure for true bipolar purification. Oil fume particles at the rated wind speed fly through the first pre mechanical metal filter, and then, based on the gravity and collision principle, the large particles are separated, and achieve the effect of uniform wind dispersion. SUS304 stainless steel high-voltage tip discharge section to ionize the gas, and the strong electric field charges particles. After that, the particles enter the aluminum collector section at the back end, where the charged particles hit the collection plate and are immediately adsorbed by the collection electrodes. The two-stage design allows the oil fume particles to repeat the above process and be purified and adsorbed again, thus finally achieving a high standard of visual fume free effect.

Effectively collect and remove particles larger than 0.1μm, and achieve a treatment efficiency of 98%. The patented electric field design ensures high purification rate even after long-term use of the equipment.

Activated Carbon Filter

AIRHERCULES activated carbon filters can effectively remove medium concentrations of gaseous molecular pollutants from fresh air, return air and exhaust air treatment systems, mainly including volatile organic compounds and acidic gases, as well as ammonia.

AIRHERCULES consists of multiple individual filter cartridges, which are pre-filled with specific chemical media at the factory. Each cartridge is filled with a vibrating pattern and can be injected with a variety of specific media or customized mixtures, including standard carbon media or impregnated carbon.
