Can I also use your products by lease instead of purchase?
Yes, we initiated a new business model for equipment use in 2015, i.e., "lease instead of purchase”. You don’t have to buy our purification equipment at a time. Instead, the lease contract model allows you to use the high-quality SUPAR products by just paying a certain monthly fee, without even worrying about subsequent cleaning maintenance.

2、How is the SUPAR lease contract signed? What about the security deposit?
Our equipment leasing contract is signed every two years. Since we provide equipment to customers in a leasing model, customers need to pay three months' rent in advance as security deposit for equipment use. The deposit will be refunded in full without interest if the customer does not renew the lease when the contract period expires.

3、What should I do if I cease to operate my store prior to expiration of the contract?
In case your store is closed down prior to expiration of the contract, the deposit will be taken as a liquidated damage and shall not be refunded; and the equipment will be dismantled and returned. However, if the original store owner subleases/sells the store to a third-party restaurant owner, the third party can re-sign a lease contract with us pursuant to the terms of the original lease contract, and continue to use the equipment.

4、Can your products pass environmental inspection?
All our equipment has obtained the CCEP (China Certification of Environmental Products) certification, and boasts a higher processing efficiency than that specified in national standards. Environmental inspection involves the entire fume exhaust system, so the owners are recommended to find and select duly qualified products and formal engineering companies.
